Reign Renovations of Chicago is named as the general contractor, with Compass Architecture of Oak Park listed as architect of record. The permit mentions very little about the design, only that it will include a detached two car garage. There will also be one surface parking space on the property. The new homes replace a long-vacant lot mid-block between Western and Campbell Avenues.
