McBrearty Construction of Mount Greenwood is both the developer and general contractor, with 360 Design Studio named as the architect of record. The permit application was filed on March 27, with the permit coming through on April 4. It shows a reported construction cost of $840,000.

Details include a detached three-car garage with a rooftop deck, accessed from the north-south alley at the back of the lot. The permit indicates the residence will have both a roof deck, and a private roof deck. There will be a stairway on the back of the building. The homes will be built next door to 4445 South Vincennes, which is currently the only other improvement on the east side of this block, which spans 44th Place to 45th Street. At this time, there are no permits pending in the Chicago Data Portal for any of the other vacant lots.

Residents of 4443 South Vincennes Avenue will live within a two-block walk of Route 3 buses to the west at King Drive, Route 43 buses to the north at 43rd Street, and Route 47 buses to the south at 47th Street. The 43rd Green Line elevated platform about four blocks northwest at 43rd Street between Prairie and Calumets Avenues.
