Single-family residences at 4442 and 4444 North Greenview Avenue are topped out in the Uptown neighborhood. The two homes are being developed by Heritage Luxury Homes, who received a pair of construction permits 18 days apart back in November of last year. The construction site is a former surface parking lot used by the First Spanish Christian Church at Greenview and Sunnyside Avenues, which was itself demolished for a trio of single-family homes.

Though issued a couple weeks apart, the permits for these two properties are identical. Each calls for a two-story with basement home with a detached three-car garage off the alley at the rear of the lots. Terraces will be included in the back on the first floor, and both the houses and the garages will be topped by roof decks.
Amazing City is building the residences as the general contractor, and Hanna Architects is the architect of record. Each permit came with a reported construction cost of just under $1.1 million, and each was issued about one month after the date of application.

4442-4444 North Sunnyside Avenue is within a one-block walk east of CTA bus service via Routes 22 and 78 at Clark Street and Sunnyside Avenue. The newly-rerouted Route 9 bus stops two blocks west on Ashland Avenue. The Montrose Brown Line elevated platform is located half a mile to the west, and the Wilson Red/Purple Line station is slightly longer walk to the east. The 78 Montrose bus connects to both of those elevated stations.
