A new permit was issued on November 26 for a two-story, two-dwelling unit building at 4839 West Huron Street in Austin. When complete, the building will feature a two-story wood frame rear porch.
Construction, which is expected to cost $200,000, is being led by owner Michael Tassone. Plans were designed by architect Daniel Hodgson.
Fees totaling $3,627 are associated with the permit, of which $375 has been paid and $3,252 remains unpaid. This includes $2,300 in building permit fees, $75 in zoning fees, and $1,252 in other miscellaneous fees. No fees were waived.
