The fee breakdown includes $7,689.09 for building fees, $602 for zoning fees, and $5,634 for other fees.
The owner of the property is ERG Real Estate LLC. Plans were designed by architect Alan Leskiv. The planned cost of the project is $480,000.

Seems like a large site for a building with only 9 units. I feel like I’m missing something.
If you zoom on Google Maps, the banquet hall has 6330 as the street number on the front (not 6336). Maybe the new construction is just replacing the parking lot?
