Installation of glass for the exterior curtain wall at 919 West Fulton is underway in the Fulton Market District. On the upper floors, glass has been installed all around the seventh floor, with glazing just getting started on the eighth floor above it. Developed by Fulton Street Companies, the 11-story, 530,000-square-foot office building is anticipated to open in 2025.

Skender is the general contractor for 919 West Fulton, with Adjustable Concrete on board as the concrete contractor. They’re working on a design by FitzGerald. The building will include over 25,000 square feet of commercial space, and below-grade parking for 80 cars.
