A three-story, three-unit condominium building at 3511 North Bosworth Avenue has reached full height in the Lake View neighborhood. Being built by Bachula Development, the homes will include two duplex condos and a penthouse unit, the sale of which has already been marked as contingent. Each residence will have access to private outdoor space via a terrace or roof deck. A detached garage at the rear of the property will house four parking spaces; two are for the penthouse condo, with one each appropriated for the duplexes. It will also have a rooftop deck. 360 Design Studio is responsible for the architecture.
The City of Chicago issued a new construction permit for the condos on June 7 of this year, while a demolition permit for the previous property came through on February 5. Real Estate records show that property selling in November 2023 for $1.3 million. The three new units are to be delivered in 2025.
Residents of 3511 North Bosworth Avenue will reside within a two-block walk of Routes 9, X9, and 152 buses at Ashland Avenue and Addison Street. The Paulina Brown Line platform is about a four-block walk southwest.
