The building will feature a two-story rear deck and four parking spaces. The total fee for the permit is $5,403.00, with $375.00 paid and $5,028.00 unpaid. The reported cost of the project is $480,000.00.
The property has been designed by Leskiv Alan. When complete, it will be steps from stops for the 4, X4, and 47 bus lines.
