The permit, which was applied for on April 29 and issued on July 11, includes a three-story rear stair and a three-space parking pad.

The total cost of the project is estimated at $400,000, with permit fees totaling $4,253. This includes a building fee of $2,300, a zoning fee of $75, and other fees amounting to $1,878. The applicant paid an initial fee of $375, with the remaining $3,878 still unpaid.

  1. I love seeing all this investment in the south side. Anyone know how many buildings have been under construction in Woodlawn this year?
