The building will include a roof deck, three outdoor parking spaces, and associated site work such as a trash enclosure and bike racks, as per the approved plans. The total fee for the permit is $9,825.17, which includes a building fee of $9,249.17 and a zoning fee of $576.00. The owner has paid $876.00 upfront, with the remaining $8,949.17 in building fees still outstanding.
The owner of the property is listed as Patrick Brosnan, working alongside the architect for the project, Laura Flores. The project’s reported cost is $6,000,000.00.
3990 South Archer Avenue will be located steps from stops for the 62 and 94 but lines. Beyond that, it will be a 19 minute walk from the 35th/Archer CTA Station, which services the Orange Line.
