The application process began on January 17, and was issued on June 17, with a total processing time of 152 days. The reported cost of the project is $900,000.00. It was designed by Michael Cox, and is owned by Thady Construction LLC.
The total fee for the permit amounts to $4,805.00, which includes $2,850.00 in building fees, $75.00 in zoning fees, and $1,880.00 in other fees. When complete, the property will be located steps from the Diversey CTA Station, which services the Brown and Purple Lines.
