New Residential Construction Permit Issued At 4343 North Richmond Street In Irving Park

A new construction permit has been issued by the City of Chicago for a three-story, six-unit residential building at 4343 North Richmond Street in Irving Park. The building plans to feature a roof deck, porches, and a detached five-car garage with its own roof deck. Self-certified architect Christopher Bremer is responsible for project designs.

The construction permit was issued on May 17. Total fees for the permit amount to $23,447.30, with $12,313.00 paid upfront and $11,134.30 remaining unpaid. The reported cost of construction is $1,500,000.00. Renders for the project have not been released at this time.

When complete, 4343 North Richmond Street will be located a short walk from stops for the 78 bus line. Beyond that, it will be a 10 minute walk from the Francisco CTA Station, which services the Brown Line.
