A new residential project has been approved at 1832 N Kimball Avenue in Logan Square. The project, which plans to construct a two-story building featuring two dwelling units, was approved on February 27 and has an estimated budget of $969,300.
Plans for the project have been designed by local architect John Hanna. When completed, future residents will enjoy access to a rooftop deck, along with a first-story rear deck and a three-car garage, which will feature an another rooftop deck. Jaeger Biz LLC will handle general construction tasks. The building’s masonry work is assigned to Ronald Walters General.
When complete, 1832 N Kimball Avenue will be located steps from stops for the 82 bus line. Beyond that, the California CTA Station, which services the Blue Line, will be a 27 minute walk to the north-east of the property.
