A new residential development has been approved at 861 East 63rd Place in Woodlawn, spearheaded by owner Jack Properties LLC. The three-story masonry building, which was approved on March 21st, plans to boast three residential units and was designed by architect Charles Schwartz.
The property’s total construction cost is estimated to be approximately $350,000. It will feature a concrete patio, three bicycle parking spaces, and a two-vehicle concrete parking pad. Crown Construction Company is the project’s general contractor.
When complete, 861 East 63rd Place will be located steps from bus service for Routes 4, X4, and 63, along with the Cottage Grove CTA Station, which services the Green Line.
