The construction of 333 North Water Street in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward has reached its full height. This mixed-use building, developed by Hines, will be the tallest in the neighborhood at 342 feet and 31 floors, encompassing a total area of 374,000 square feet.

The high-rise will come with 333 residential units, with sizes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The expected rental rate is approximately $3 per square foot, categorizing it in the higher price bracket for Milwaukee apartments. The ground floor of the building will offer 10,000 square feet of retail space.

Designed by SCB, the building’s exterior facade features a combination of glass and dark metal paneling.The adjoining seven-story parking section uses copper-toned perforated metal.

Amenity-wise, the building features an eighth-floor pool deck, a fitness center, a co-working space, a lounge, and an outdoor terrace connected to the Riverwalk. In terms of transportation, the property provides 375 parking spaces within the attached garage. The property is also near public transit options including the M-Line tram and bus routes 15, 18, and GRE. The location is close to various dining and shopping venues in the Historic Third Ward, as well as neighborhoods like Juneau Town and Kilbourn Town.

The $165 million construction is being carried out by W.E. O’Neil Construction, with completion expected by this coming summer.
