The project will involve comprehensive interior updates to an existing two-story masonry brick building that houses two dwelling units. The project’s budget is $79,400.

Plans for the project outline architectural changes, mechanical upgrades, electrical improvements, and plumbing modifications to the existing structure at 4311 W Maypole Avenue.

Wilson Sanchez, the owner of the property, is at the forefront of this renovation effort. Carlos Pina is leading the design the renovation. 606 Design and Construction LLC, a general contractor, is responsible for overseeing the construction work. Square and Compass Masonry is handling the masonry work for the project.

4311 W Maypole Avenue is a 10-minute walk from the Pulaski CTA station, which services the Green Line. Beyond that, bus service for Route 20 is a seven-minute walk to the south of the property and stops for Route 53 are a 10-minute walk to the east of the property.
