The design and architectural plans have been prepared by Peter Sterniuk. The construction project underwent a standard plan review and received an approved variation, #310-23-Z, on September 18, 2023. The general contractor for this construction is Fargo Group, LLC.
The nearest transit is the California station on the Pink Line, which is approximately a 6 minute walk to the west from the project site. The Western Pink Line station is a 7 minute walk to the east. There are also bus stops for the 49 and 49X located near the Western Pink Line station. Beyond those options, the Western Ave station for the BNSF Railway Train is a 12 minute walk to the northeast from the project site.
The reported budget for this development is set at $300,000. As of now, a total fee of $3,953 has been accounted for, covering building and zoning costs. Additional specifics regarding the design and potential start dates for construction are currently unavailable.
