A construction permit has been issued for a two-story, three-unit residence at 2611 W 21st Street in Little Village. Owned by East Douglas Partners LLC, the project will include a basement, a rear two-story porch with stairs, and a rear parking pad with space for two vehicles.
The design and architectural plans have been prepared by Peter Sterniuk. The construction project underwent a standard plan review and received an approved variation, #310-23-Z, on September 18, 2023. The general contractor for this construction is Fargo Group, LLC.
The nearest transit is the California station on the Pink Line, which is approximately a 6 minute walk to the west from the project site. The Western Pink Line station is a 7 minute walk to the east.
