A construction permit has been approved for a residential project at 4333 N Western Avenue in North Center. The four-story masonry building will house four dwelling units and will feature an elevator, a basement level, and a fire suppression sprinkler system. The new structure will have both an attached garage and exterior parking spaces. Nikola Delic owns the property.

The architectural design for this development is by Michael S. Cox. Currently, designs have not been revealed, though the mention of multiple masonry contractors does suggest a brick design.

The lot resides less than a one-minute walk south of the intersection of Western & Montrose, with bus service for Routes 49, X49, and 78. The closest Brown Line Station is Western, an eight-minute walk north.

Spud Construction Inc, based in Park Ridge, IL, is the general contractor for the project, with the construction cost estimated at $900,000. There is no projected completion date for the development as of now.
