A multifamily residential development has received construction approval at 3041 W Lyndale Street in Logan Square. The project, commissioned by 3039-41 W Lyndale LLC, will replace a former two-story brick and frame dwelling.

Hanna Architects is the listed architect of record for the project, which involves a three-story building set to house five residential units. There will be two detached car garages able to house a combined five vehicles, as well as a basement, a roof deck with an enclosure, and a three-story rear porch with stairs.

In terms of public transportation, the site is located near several options. These include the Blue Line at the California stop as well as bus Routes 56, 73, 74, and 94 all within a 10-minute walk.

Panoptic Group has been enlisted as the general contractor for the project. The estimated cost of construction is $1,930,710, with the timeline for completion yet to be announced.
