Construction permits have been issued for a new residential development located at 2840 W 36th Place in Brighton Park. The development is a proposed two-story, three-unit residence with a basement, front stairs, rear two-story porch/stairs, and a rear three-vehicle parking pad, according to the submitted plans. A & SL Construction Inc serving as both the owner and general contractor for the project.
The architect for the project is Peter Sterniuk, whose design is suggested to be brick or stone based on the multiple masonry contractors involved with the project.
The nearest bus routes are Routes 35 and 94 within a two-minute walk, while the CTA Orange Line at 35th/Archer is a 19-minute walk east.
The cost of the project is estimated at $300,000, with an anticipated completion date currently unknown.
