Demolition permits have been issued for the removal of a two-story multi-unit masonry residential building located at 3523 N Oakley Avenue in the Roscoe Village neighborhood. Kevin Murphy is noted as the property owner with Bridges Excavating Inc. listed as the general contractor for the project.

The nearest transit includes Route 152 which can be found via a two-minute walk north to the Addison & Oakley stop. The CTA Brown Line service is a 13-minute walk east to the Addison station. Future residents will find multiple shopping and dining venues in close proximity to the property. Additional project plans have yet to be released for the site.
