The permit’s owners have been listed as NSL Development this will be a two-flat construction with a basement. The building will also have a roof deck and rear decks on all levels, as well as a detached three-vehicle garage with its own rooftop deck.
John C Hanna is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have been disclosed at this time, however, a masonry exterior is anticipated.
For future residents of the property site, the nearest Route available is 94 and can be found at the California & Wabansia station via a four-minute walk west. The CTA Blue line is the nearest line and can be boarded at the Western station via a 12-minute walk from the property. Those looking for green space can head over to Flower Park via a six-minute walk northeast. The surrounding area is bustling with retail, restaurant, and social options.
GB Construction LLC will be acting as the general contractor for the project which has a reported cost of $828,450. As of this moment, no further documents have been filed for this property and a timeline for the start of construction is unknown.
