The new construction will replace a vacant lot with a four-unit frame construction with rear balconies, and a detached four-vehicle garage with a concrete pad at the rear of the property site.
Jeanna Dimariah is listed as the architect of record. At this time no renderings or concept art has been made publically available.
The nearest bus access for Route 70 can be found via a two-minute walk south at the Division & Kedzie stop. The property is near various retail, dining, and bar options. The entrance to the shared public green space can be found directly across the property site with ready access to the Humboldt Park Nature Area.
Worldwide Construction And Development will serve as the general contractor for the roughly $250,000 project. No timeline has been given for the completion of this development.
