The property site is situated just south of Roscoe Village and is quite close to Hamlin Park with ample access to outdoor space. The nearest bus service is CTA Route 77 at the Belmont & Hoyne stop via a two-minute walk north. The N Lincoln Avenue corridor is within a 10-minute walk of the property site supplying ample access to grocery stores including Whole Foods, restaurants, nightlife options, gyms, and retail amenities.
Real View Design and Development is acting as the demolition contractor on the project. No permits have been filed for any new builds at this location.
