The property will be house eight total apartments. There will be a basement and a private roof deck. The property will also have outdoor parking. There is an existing masonry structure at the project site. No demolition permits have been filed.
Christopher Boehm is listed as the architect of record. Plans indicate that this will be a masonry construction.
The nearest bus access can be found for Route 9, which can be found on the opposite side of the street at the Ashland & Roscoe stop. This property is also a quick three-minute walk west of the Paulina CTA L station which connects to the Brown Line. There are a number of exciting and engaging entertaining and dining options along N Lincoln Avenue and W Roscoe Street.
Platinum Homes Development will serve as the general contractor for the $2.43 million project. No projection date has been given for the completion of this project.
