The owner is listed as 2435 W Foster LLC and plans indicate this project will yield four total units along with a basement level and a detached four-vehicle garage with a rooftop deck. The development will replace an existing structure.
Michael S Cox is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have yet been disclosed, though the filing description has indicated a masonry exterior.
The closest bus service available is Route 92 and can be found at Foster & Western via a one-minute walk east. The CTA Brown Line can be accessed at the Western station via a 15-minute walk southeast.
There is an abundance of retail and dining options in the vicinity, many of which are located within a few minutes’ walk west along N Lincoln Avenue.
Leinster Construction Inc. will act as the general contractor for the $900,000 construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.
