Permits were issued yesterday for a new three-story residential building with a masonry facade at 3022 W Lyndale Street in the Logan Square neighborhood. This proposed project is a companion to 3018 W Lyndale Street with the same owner listed, Volo Holdings LLC. The permit details that there will be three dwelling units, a basement, rear porches, and a detached three-car garage. Both structures will feature their own rooftop decks. The construction will replace an existing structure.

John C Hanna is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have been disclosed at this time, however, a masonry exterior is anticipated given the masonry contractors listed in the plans.

The CTA Blue Line can be accessed at the California station via an eight-minute walk east. The nearest bus service is Route 74 at the Fullerton & Sacrament Street stop via a four-minute walk north. There are many dining and entertainment options along Fullerton Avenue.

Diamond Partnership LLC will act as the general contractor for the $850,000 construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.
