A demolition permit has been issued for a two-story, multi-unit coach house in the rear at 2511 North Lawndale Avenue in the Logan Square neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as BM Construction & Remodeling. As of the time of this writing, there are plans submitted for a two-story single-family home. The future construction will feature a basement, a detached two-car garage, as well as front and rear decks.
The closest bus service available is Route 74, at the intersection of Fullerton & Lawndale via a three-minute walk south down the block. The nearest CTA access is the Blue Line at the Logan Square station via an 18-minute walk northeast. Logan Square is well known for its restaurants and nightlife options many of which can be found within a 10-minute walk of this property.
CLP II Inc is serving as the demolition contractor. At the time of this writing, no construction permits have been filed or issued.
