A demolition permit was issued last week for a two-story masonry building along with a detached frame garage located at 2238 W Belden Avenue in the Logan Square neighborhood.

The closest bus service available for any future residents is Route 74, at the intersection of Fullerton & Oakley via a three-minute walk south. The nearest CTA access is the Blue Line at the California station via an 18-minute walk west. Logan Square is well known for its restaurants and nightlife options, many of which can be found within a 10-minute walk of the site.

Tir Conaill Concrete is serving as the demolition contractor. At the time of this writing, no construction permits have been filed or issued.
