The property will be fenced, with an iron fence at the front of the building and a wooden fence in the rear. The project will also feature a three-car parking pad at the rear. The lot is currently vacant.
Victor Drapszo is listed as the architect of record. At the time of this writing, no drawings or renderings have been disclosed.
