The building takes on a contemporary design by Landon Bone Baker Architects, with a unique stepped massing that increases in height towards the front. The facade is made up of painted concrete paneling, whose primary grayscale tones are complemented by a vibrant mix of warm and cool secondary colors throughout. The exterior’s large windows are slightly indented and distributed in an offset arrangement. At its sides, additional landscaping and street improvements can also be seen coming to full fruition.
