The property is currently occupied by a vacant lot, residing just north of the intersection of Indiana & 41st Street. The filing is listed under the owner Immobilaire Western LLC, and did not indicate the planned number of floors.
Michael Ryan of Chicago Roof Deck + Garden is the listed architect of record. No drawings or renderings have yet been revealed, and it is currently unknown if the edifice will be frame or masonry.
Closet bus transit can be found for Route 39, with a northbound stop situated just paces south of the property at Indiana & 41st Street. The southbound counterpart is one block west, located at 4016 S Michigan Avenue. Meanwhile, future residents looking to board the CTA L will find the Green Line at Indiana station via a two-minute walk north.
The immediate vicinity is inundated with several small park spaces, such as Bronzeville Dog Park via a two-minute walk north and Poplar Park vi a three-minute walk east.
MC Construction Group LLC will serve as general contractor, with a reported construction price tag of $150,000. As of now, any details regarding an anticipated completion date have not been revealed.
