A demolition permit has been issued for a two-story, masonry residence along with a detached garage in the Logan Square neighborhood. The permit’s owner has been listed as the MF Group LLC. As of now, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there is currently no information on any future constructions.
The closest bus service for Route 73 can be found at the intersection of Armitage & Wolcott via a two-minute walk south. The nearest CTA Blue Line access is at the Western station via a 17-minute walk southwest.
There are a number of restaurants and retail options along Roscoe Street and the North Lincoln Avenue corridor.
All Concrete Chicago LLC is serving as the demolition contractor. At the time of this writing, no construction permits have been filed or issued, and an anticipated completion date has not yet been announced for the project.
