The new construction is set to replace a pair of masonry buildings and a grass plot.

Christopher Boehm of 360 Design Studio is listed as the architect of record. Neither drawings nor renderings have yet been revealed, though the multiple masonry contractors listed in the filing suggest the possibility of brick or stone design.
Nearby bus access includes east and westbound service for Route 77 that can be found at the intersection of Belmont & Seminary via a one-minute walk south. Further service within the area is comprised of Routes 22, 151, and 156 to the east and Routes 9 and X9 to the west. Those looking to board the CTA L, meanwhile will find Red, Brown, and Purple Line service at Belmont station, a one-minute walk southeast.
The property is located within a 10-minute walk of N Clark Street, which offers a host of retail and dining options spanning to the northwest and southeast.
GB Construction LLC is serving as general contractor for the more than $1.5 million project. An anticipated completion date is not yet known.
