The property is currently occupied by a vacant lot.
Charles E. Schwartz is listed as the project architect. No renderings or drawings have yet been published.
Multiple buses can be found within walking distance, including east and westbound stops for Routes 5, 67, and 95 located at 67th & Minerva via a three-minute walk southeast. Residents will also find north and southbound stops for Route 4, located a nine-minute walk west.
Nearest CTA L service includes the Green Line’s Cottage Grove station, located a 16-minute walk northwest.
