No renderings or architect have been listed for any replacing structure, but the RS-3 zoning for the property currently allows for single-family homes and two-flats.
CTA bus transit in the vicinity includes a three-minute walk northeast to 31st Street & Canal, which is serviced by the east and westbound Route 31 bus. The north and southbound Route 44 bus is located a four-minute walk southeast to Wallace & 32nd Street. Lastly, the north and southbound Route 8 can be found via an eight-minute walk west to Halsted & 32nd Street, which is located along the major commercial corridor of S Halsted Street.
Three CTA L stations are located nearby, with the closest being Sox-35th station along the Red Line, located an 11-minute walk southeast.
