Permits have been filed for 3202 N Kildare Avenue, at the intersection of W Belmont Avenue and N Kildare Street in Kilbourn Park, where the developer, listed under Noah Properties LLC, is planning a three-floor residential building.
Adjacent to the site at the Belmont & Kildare intersection is bus route 77, heading east/west on Belmont Avenue. Rail transit includes a 16-minute walk north to Metra’s Grayland station, while the nearest CTA L access is a 24-minute walk east to the Blue Line’s Belmont station. Other nearby points of interest include a five-minute walk northeast to Jonathan Y Scammon Elementary School, and an eight-minute walk northwest to the neighborhood’s namesake Kilbourn Park, which includes a soccer field, tennis courts, and a playground.
Jonathan Splitt of Lake View-based jSa is the architect of record, while Remi Development LLC is listed as the general contractor. In addition to the six residential units, permits also list outdoor parking for six cars, as well as a basement. Construction is expected to cost $1,325,000.
While no renderings have officially been revealed, a Zillow listing under the 3202 N Kildare Avenue address shows a rendering of a brick building with an even grid of large and small windows and a flat parapet.
No timeline for the project has been indicated, though construction is likely imminent.
