Nearby bus transit includes a route 70 stop at Division & Paulina Street, a one-minute walking distance north. Additionally, route 9 and X9 stops at Ashland & Division are a four-minute walk northeast. Rail transit access also includes a four-minute walk northeast to the CTA L Division station, serviced by the Blue Line.

The owner is listed under Eleven Paulina Development, LLC, and the general contractor is listed as GNP Development. John C Hanna of Hanna Architects is listed as the architect of record. Additionally, permits show multiple masonry contractors under Megalan Corp and The Dream Wall.

Eleven Paulina Development plans for three units to occupy each of the three floors. The building will also incorporate a basement, a rooftop deck, a decorative trellis, and three parking spaces in a detached garage.

YIMBY also reported on the adjacent 1109 development this week, which shares the occupying building’s other portion. It is unclear how the future development will include one or multiple buildings.

No completion date has been announced for the reportedly $852,700 project, although construction is likely imminent.
