Permits Issued for Single-Story Restaurant at 6541 S Cicero Avenue in Clearing

Permits have been issued for a single-story commercial building located at 6541 S Cicero Avenue in Clearing. The filing owner Guy Hollis of the company Hollis of Palos LLC, has planned for a restaurant to replace a currently vacant lot.

Foundation Complete for 5437 W 64th Place in the Clearing Neighborhood

Foundation work is complete for a three-story high school at 5437 W 64th Place in the Clearing neighborhood of Chicago. Permits were issued in May this year, and now steel rebar and concrete blocks can be seen forming the columns and exterior walls of the structure.
