The owner is listed as Roscore Builders LLC and plans indicate that there will be three total dwelling units. The parcel address is behind 1522 N Mohawk Street and the neighboring building and is addressed as 1526-1528 N Mohawk Street. Demolition permits were issued to 1522 N Mohawk Street earlier this month.

The owner is listed as Chicago Greystone Development-Magnolia and plans indicate this project will yield three total units along with a detached three-car garage. The structure will also have a rooftop deck with an access stair. The development will replace a previous structure on the site.
