Topped-Out 370 North Morgan Lowers The Tower Crane

Now that they’ve topped out Vista Property Group’s 32-story residential development, Skender and McHugh Concrete have lowered the boom, along with the rest of the tower crane, at 370 North Morgan in the West Loop. Known henceforth as Pearl Fulton Market, Vista and the contracting team celebrated its topping out last month, staying on schedule for a 2027 opening.

As of Friday last week, the tower portion of the tower crane had been removed, leaving just the rig’s main components. As for Pearl, much of the brickwork is complete around the podium, reminiscent of the neighborhood’s meat-packing past. The glass curtain wall has been installed through the 24th floor, with more panels added to the top level of the west half of the tower.

Pearl Fulton Market will deliver 494 rental apartments, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans, when it opens next year. Ground was broken on the Antunovich Associates-designed development in June of last year following the demolition of the Fox Deluxe facility in October 2024.
