Filed under the owner Owenbrin LLC, the project will include three residential units with a basement and three-car garage. The filing explicitly mentions that there will be no rooftop deck.

Michael Cox of MC & Associates is serving as the architect of record. The issued permit has indicated that the structure will be masonry, though no other drawings or renderings have yet been revealed.
Nearest bus lines comprises of Route 152, which can be found a five-minute walk north to Addison & Racine. Route 22 is also nearby, with stops at both the Clark & Newport/Sheffield and Clark & Roscoe intersections, each located roughly a six-minute walk east. Those wishing to access the CTA L can find the Brown Line’s Southport station a six-minute walk southwest, the Red Line’s Addison station a 10-minute walk northeast, and the Red, Brown, and Purple Lines’ Belmont station a 12-minute walk southeast.
Future residents sill find the iconic Wrigley Field located less than a seven-minute walk northeast, while other recreational spaces include Lincoln Park’s Belmont Harbor area around a 20-minute walk to the northeast.
R Development Group Inc. is the general contractor behind the $650,000 project. A full completion timeline has not yet been revealed.
