The former Fox Deluxe Foods building has been demolished at 370 North Morgan Street in the Fulton Market District. That clears the way for developer Vista Property Group to get started on the 32-story 370 North Morgan. They don’t plan to break ground until the first quarter of 2025 though, so expect to see this lot vacant for a couple months before activity flares up again.

Heneghan Wrecking saw to it that demolition work wouldn’t take long on the single-story edifice meat-packing facility. They received the demo permit on October 1, and by the 19th, when these photos were taken, there was nothing left but rubble. Typical of the Fulton Market District: things can look very different here within a matter of a few days as redevelopment continues in earnest.
