The permit fees total $9,146.58, with $5,766.58 for building fees, $1,500 for zoning fees, and $1,880 for other fees. All fees have been paid, with no outstanding or waived amounts. The permit was applied for on July 22 and issued on October 11.
The property’s owner is listed as 3034-38 North Sheffield LLC. Construction is anticipated to cost $1,280,000.
