The 42-unit apartment building being constructed at 5151 North Lincoln Avenue in Lincoln Square has topped out at its full five-story height. The Hanna Architects design includes retail space and a twenty-car garage on the ground floor, with the residences occupying the upper four stories. Foster and Lincoln LLC is named in the construction permit, issued back in 2022, as the developer, with DOM Properties as general contractor.

Residents of 5151 N Lincoln Avenue will have bus service for Routes 11 and 92 right outside their doors. A block-and-a-half walk east will take them to the Routes 49, 49B, and X49 stops at Western Avenue. Routes 11 and 49 can be used to connect with the Brown Line at the CTA Western station about 3/4 of a mile to the south.

I wish the setback had been more consistent along Foster.
