The City of Chicago has issued a new construction permit for a three-story, two-dwelling unit building at 840 West Lill Avenue in Wrightwood Neighbors.
The project, which has a budget of $1,200,000, will consist of a masonry building with a roof deck. It will also include a detached two-car garage with a roof deck and access stair.
The total fees for the permit amount to $5,290, with $1,800 paid upfront and $3,490 remaining unpaid. The self-certified architect for the project is Michael Cox from Chicago. They were appointed by the property’s owner, 840 Lill LLC.
840 West Lill Avenue is located a short walk from stops for the 8, 37, and 74 bus lines. It is also a short walk from the Fullerton CTA Station, which services the Brown, Purple, and Red Lines.
