Construction is progressing on a seven-story mixed-use building located at 812 W Adams Street in the West Loop. The building, a project of Luxe Suites Chicago, has reached its full height and the exterior work is ongoing. When finished, the structure will house 80 rental units and offer 4,200 square feet of retail space.

Axios Architects and Consultants designed the building, showcasing multi-toned masonry, bay windows, and balconies made of glass and metal. This facade will stretch the full width of the block between Halsted Street and Green Street, resulting in a street-facing exterior on three sides.

For transportation, the building will feature 27 on-site parking spots, with more public parking available nearby. Closest bus service includes Route 8 within one block o the property, as well as Routes 20 and 126 slightly further. Rail options are accessible with the UIC-Halsted CTA Blue Line station via a seven-minute walk southwest and the Morgan station for the Green and Pink Lines via a 14-minute walk to the northwest.

Structures Construction LLC oversees the project as the general contractor. Completion is anticipated for the latter part of this year.
