A demolition permit has been granted for the removal of a two-story frame multi-unit residential building located at 2837 N Ridgeway Avenue. The property, situated in the Avondale neighborhood, is owned and by 2837 Ridgeway LLC.
The responsibility for the demolition has been entrusted to Maria V Contracting Inc. According to the permit, the estimated cost for the wrecking stands at $14,000.
Regarding transportation and accessibility in the vicinity, the location is positioned near bus Route 76 within a three-minute walk, as well as Route 56 via seven-minute walk northeast. Meanwhile, both the Belmont and Logan Square Blue Line stops are a 16-minute walk away.
As it stands, an estimated completion date for the demolition and potential subsequent development on the site has yet to be announced.
