The owner, Lakeview Property Rentals LLC, plans for six units and six parking stalls, as well as accessory features such as a wooden fence and a trash enclosure. The new construction will be replacing a former vacant grass lot.
The listed architect of record in the filing is Laszlo Simovic Architects, LLC. No drawings or renderings are available at the moment, though the filing description has mentioned a masonry exterior.
The site is near a multitude of public transportation access points, with stops for Routes 22, 36, 78, and 81 all within a five-minute walk. Wilson station, serviced by the Red and Purple Lines, can be found via a five-minute walk southeast.
The listed general contractor is Finan Development Corp. A follow up sprinkler system permit will still be required, and a completion date has not yet been indicated.
