A demolition permit was issued on Friday for a two-story frame residence with a basement located at 3539 N Seeley Avenue in the North Center neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Westford Development LLC.
There are plenty of access points for transportation with Route 152 as the closest bus service option to this property. This route can be found at the intersection of Addison & Damen via a two-minute walk east. The CTA L Brown Line can be found at the Addison station via a six-minute walk east.
Taylor Excavating & Construction will be serving as the demolition contractor on this project. Permits were issued on March 29th to erect a new two-story single-family home with a basement and a detached two-vehicle garage with its own rooftop deck. An estimated completion date has not yet been announced.
